Cheer, praise, thank and congratulate yourself often.

We often wait for others to appraise our efforts. When this appraisal does not come it makes us sad and uninspired.
Learn to congratulate yourself at every step.



Celebrate those milestones you won't normally consider as important like drinking an extra glass of water a day, or keeping to your workout schedule.
These micro encouragements can lead to your long term success, and ward off many downtimes you could have experienced.
So go ahead, praise yourself. Say 'I am doing my best' as often as you like, its a feel good pill.
