Update Photos: 42 Persons Confirmed Dead And 1000 Injured In Nepal Earthquake

 

New reports have confirmed that 42 persons have died in the 7.3 magnitude earthquake that struck Nepal again today, and about 1000 more are seriously injured.  See more devastating pictures after the cut.
