A husband in China, who is extremely distraught that his wife passed away, decided to keep her at home in a freezer so that he can talk to her every day.
53-year-old Jiang Maode has kept the body of his wife Yang Huiging for five months.
His family hopes that the distraught husband will eventually allow the body to be cremated, but Maode insists that he wants her at his side for the rest of his life.
Police have launched an investigation as dead bodies can only be kept for five days. Maode claims that he promised his wife that he will keep her at home and it made her very happy.
