This feeling myself video has been the talk of the internet, since it was released.
Beyoncé has taken a tumble from her Queen of Pop throne after fans took exception to her pouring pricey-looking champers into a hot tub in her new music video.
The Grammy-winning singer has come under fire for “Feeling Myself”, which sees her enjoying the rich and famous lifestyle at a summer party with controversial rapper Nicki Minaj .
Beyoncé’s hubby Jay Z has cleverly made the video exclusive to his artist-owned streaming service Tidal, but this hasn’t stopped people ranting about one particular scene on social media after it temporarily leaked on YouTube (it’s gone now, sorry).
Photos have emerged on Twitter of Beyoncé pulling a diva-style face as she casually tips a bottle of top notch fizz into the bubbling water.
Reports claim to have identified the champagne brand as Armand de Brignac, also known as Ace of Spades, which can reportedly cost between “$300 to hundreds of thousands of dollars”.
Some fans were not impressed with this blatant flaunting of wealth…
The exact price of Beyoncé’s bottle remains unknown, but as Jay Z owns the liquor company, she probably didn’t think much of it.
Regardless, unless it was enjoyed properly and refilled with water, that’s some quality sparkling wine being wasted, and nobody wants to see that.
It might be fair bearing in mind, however, that Beyoncé has recently returned from a charity mission to Haiti and reportedly paid tens of thousands of dollars to bail out Ferguson and Baltimore protestersafter the recent riots.
Beyoncé’'s representatives are yet to respond to our request for comment on champagne-gate.
