As we previously reported, the Maroon 5 frontman found himself in an awkward confrontation with a female fan when she stormed the stage and tried to wrap her arms around his neck.
After appearing visibly shaken from the ambush, Levine has since revealed that the unidentified woman actually CUT his ear.
Addressing fans after the incident, the 36-year old stated: “That was f****** weird, right? She cut my ear with her fingernail.”
